What is Great Mom Coaching?
Great Mom Coaching is an online coaching course that helps working moms let go of their guilt and know that they are great moms. It is a 14-week course that covers topics such as their personal values, play, mom-nanny team, managing the meals and mess, and self-care. It is based on up-to-date evidence-based research as well as professional training and personal experience of the coach, who is an occupational therapist, life coach, entrepreneur, and mom of three boys.
How does the coaching course work?
The coaching course consists of live sessions every second week that are held in the evening and recorded for later access. Each session is 90 minutes and includes a presentation, a discussion, and a Q&A. You will also receive after-session journals and resources that will help you reflect and implement what you learned. You will also be part of a WhatsApp support group where you can connect with other moms and get encouragement and feedback from the coach. Every alternate week we walk moms through one of our online play courses through video based WhatsApp content.
Who is the coaching course for?
The coaching course is for working moms who feel torn between work and home, experience anxiety and mommy guilt, never feel that they are doing enough, are very driven and ambitious, want the best for their child, and employ a nanny. The coaching course is suitable for moms with children of any age, from newborns to preschoolers.
How much does the coaching course cost?
The coaching course costs R3000 for the full 14 weeks. This includes access to the live sessions, the recorded sessions, the journals and resources, and the WhatsApp support group. You can pay online via credit card or EFT. You can also pay in three installments of R1100 each, of which the first one is due before you start the course.
What are the benefits of the coaching course?
The coaching course will help you feel more centred, connected, and confident as a mom. You will learn how to define and live according to your own definition of a great mom and let go of the guilt. You will learn how to be present with your child through play in the little time you have. You will learn how to manage your relationship with your nanny well and together tackle the meals and the mess. You will also learn how to slow down through self-care and enjoy your life more.
What if I miss a live session?
Don’t worry, you won’t miss anything. All the live sessions are recorded and uploaded to a secure online platform where you can watch them at your convenience. You will also receive an email with a summary of each session and a link to the journal and resources for that week.
How do I enroll in the coaching course?
